What is Felted Flowers?
Felted Flowers is a handmade business based on Salt Spring Island, BC, Canada. We create hand-cut Merino wool felt flowers and bouquets — realistic, long-lasting floral arrangements that never wilt. Founded by Krista Cutlan.
Where are you located?
We're on Salt Spring Island, BC, Canada. Our studio address is Unit 6, 115 Upper Ganges Road, Salt Spring Island, BC V8K 2Y3.
What are your hours?
We're available by phone from 9am to 5pm, daily. You can place an order online anytime, 24 hours a day, right here on our website.

Do you ship?
Yes. We offer free next-day delivery on Salt Spring Island. We also ship anywhere in Canada and the US via UPS, Canada Post, and USPS. Canadian shipping usually takes 3–5 days; US shipping usually takes 5–7 days. Arrangements ship in a gift box and can include a handwritten floral gift card.
What's your return/refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, email feltedflowers@icloud.com — returns sent without first requesting one won't be accepted. If approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. See our full Refund Policy for details.
My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at feltedflowers@icloud.com if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way is to return the item you have, and once that return is accepted, place a new order for what you'd like instead.
What are felted flowers made of? Do they last?
Our flowers are hand-cut from Merino wool felt (some pieces use wool and polyester felt blends made from recycled plastics). Unlike fresh flowers, they never wilt, fade, or need water — they're made to last for years.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we can create custom bouquets and individual flowers. For a custom order, text 604-885-1252 or use our contact form so Krista can discuss details with you directly.
What is The Flower Club?
The Flower Club is our seasonal subscription — members receive a new hand-cut Merino wool felt bouquet or bloom picked for the season, delivered to their door. You can join through our Join The Flower Club page.
Do you sell wholesale or work with gift shops?
Yes. We offer wholesale opportunities for gift shops across Canada looking to carry unique, locally made felted flowers. Reach out through our contact page and we'll follow up about availability and custom orders.
